Shipping policy

Most orders are processed in 5 business days and are shipped from our Vancouver warehouse.  

Fulfilment
3-5 processing days + approximately 5-8 days for shipping (depending on location) = 8-13 days from order placed to delievery.  The timeframe does not includce weekends or holidays. 

Free Shipping
Free Shipping is automatically applied on orders over $99 and is calculated based on cart subtotal after discounts and before taxes.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company. The delivery days above are based on an average and are not guaranteed.  It may vary based on location and special circumstances.

TKX Puzzle is not responsible for delivery schedules after orders leave our fulfillment center.  If there are issues with your shipment, please contact the provided courier.
